جهّزلي (Jahizli) خدمة بتعمل وبتستضيف مواقع إلكترونية وشعارات ومنشورات للمصالح الصغيرة. هالصفحة بتشرح شو منجمّع من معلومات لما تستعمل الموقع app.jahizli.com أو تطبيق الموبايل، وليش، ومين بيشوفها.

شو منجمّع

• حسابك: الإيميل، الاسم، كلمة السر (مخزّنة مشفّرة)، واللغة اللي اخترتها.
• مصلحتك: اسم المصلحة، وصفها، رقم الواتساب، العنوان، والصور والشعار اللي بترفعهن لنعمل موقعك ومنشوراتك.
• رسائل زبائنك: لما حدا يعبّي نموذج التواصل على موقعك، منخزّن اسمه ورقمه ورسالته لنوصلّك ياها.
• إشعارات التطبيق: إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، منخزّن رمز الجهاز (push token) لنبعتلك خبر لما يجهز موقعك أو توصلك رسالة. منمسحو لما تسجّل خروج.
• تقارير الأعطال: إذا التطبيق وقع، بينبعت تقرير تقني (نوع الجهاز، نسخة التطبيق، مكان الخطأ) عبر Firebase Crashlytics. ما بيحتوي على رسائلك أو صورك.

شو ما منعمل

• ما منبيع معلوماتك ولا منعطيها لمعلنين.
• ما في تتبّع إعلاني ولا كوكيز تتبّع بالتطبيق.
• ما منقرأ جهات الاتصال بتلفونك ولا موقعك الجغرافي.

الإيميلات اللي منبعتها

• لإلك: رسائل حسابك (مثل تأكيد الإيميل أو تغيير كلمة السر)، وخبر لما زبون يبعت طلب من نموذج التواصل على موقعك. هيدي الرسائل بتروح لإيميل صاحب الحساب بس.
• لزبائنك: بس الرسائل اللي أنت بتكتبها وبتوافق عليها بنفسك من لوحة التحكم، ولناس تواصلوا مع مصلحتك (عبر موقعك، واتساب، أو إنستغرام). ما في شي بينبعت لحالو. بكل رسالة رابط لإلغاء الاشتراك بيشتغل فوراً، وما منعيد نبعت لعنوان ألغى اشتراكو، أو رجعت رسالتو، أو اشتكى.
• كل إيميل بيجي من عنوان @jahizli.com وبينبعت عبر Amazon SES. فيك تردّ عليه وبيوصلنا.

مين بيشوف المعلومات

صورك ووصف مصلحتك بينبعتوا لمزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي اللي منستعملهن لنكتب النصوص ونرسم الصفحات والصور (مثل Anthropic وGoogle وfal وRecraft)، بس بقدر ما لازم لنعمل الشغل اللي طلبتو. ما بيستعملوها لتدريب نماذجهن حسب شروط الخدمة تبعهن.

حقوقك

فيك تطلب نسخة من معلوماتك أو تمسح حسابك بأي وقت: ابعتلنا على privacy@jahizli.com. مسح الحساب بيمسح موقعك ومنشوراتك وصورك خلال ٣٠ يوم.

Jahizli makes and hosts websites, logos and social posts for small businesses. This page explains what we collect when you use app.jahizli.com or the Jahizli mobile app, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Your account: email, name, password (stored hashed) and the language you chose.
• Your business: its name, description, WhatsApp number, address, and the photos and logo you upload so we can make your website and posts.
• Your customers' messages: when someone fills in the contact form on your website we store their name, number and message to deliver it to you.
• App notifications: if you allow notifications we store a device push token to tell you when your website is ready or a message arrives. It is deleted when you log out.
• Crash reports: if the app crashes, a technical report (device model, app version, where it failed) is sent through Firebase Crashlytics. It contains none of your messages or photos.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• There is no advertising tracking and no tracking cookies in the app.
• We do not read your phone's contacts or location.

Emails we send

• To you: account emails (such as confirming your email or changing your password), and a notification when a customer sends an enquiry through your website's contact form. These go only to the account owner's address.
• To your customers: only messages you write and approve yourself from the dashboard, and only to people who contacted your business (through your website, WhatsApp or Instagram). Nothing is sent automatically. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately, and we never email again an address that unsubscribed, bounced or complained.
• Every email comes from an @jahizli.com address and is sent through Amazon SES. Replies reach us.

Who sees it

Your photos and business description are sent to the AI providers we use to write text and draw pages and images (such as Anthropic, Google, fal and Recraft), only as far as needed to do the work you asked for. Under their terms they do not use it to train their models.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or delete your account at any time: write to privacy@jahizli.com. Deleting the account removes your website, posts and photos within 30 days.
